Jed has two stores, one in Olds and one here in Sundre. This review is of the smaller Sundre store location.He was my absolute lifesaver of all things techs need: I bought a wifi router for my wife's store (which I am using to write this review, woot), some ethernet cables, a replacement phone jack for some odd device that needed one, and oddles of needed accessories like webcams, headsets, and printer cartridges.Good news is he fixes computers, so when a massive storm went through this area and fried everyone's boxes or what-nots, he was there to fix them and was quite swamped actually for a bit doing that.. but hey, he is cool, and can handle it.Good job man, I am a repeat customer and will be, because there are no Fry's electronics here let alone a BestBuy within a reasonable distance.. and sheesh, his staff is laid back and helpful, so woot!
My computer won't power up!! My life was all in there. I made a phone call - took it in the same day and within 3 hours got the call it was up and running for a reasonable fee. My life was back !!!! Thanks so much!!! I didn't have to loose everything or buy new. Now I will back up my life!
Always treats us fair prices seem to be competitive with staples and other store's. We have purchased many computers and had a few fixed. They have always been there when we needed them. It's nice to have a shop like this in our small town. Keep up the great work.
