bad attitude, manner and service. I went there for car registry and inspection exemptionI know I do not need car inspection because my car is less than 4 years and I bought new car and never been stolen or in car accident . she said it is not true and I need to go the Calgary office which i was told. so i had to come home and call the government and asked . they said I am right and the government person gave her direct phone number. I went back to the office and explained and asked her to call. she refused and said they don't know the policy because they are help line. I had to call the government and changed her. she said to the goverment that my paper work is not done, that is why she could not do it . what a liar !I think she does because I am at good at English and an oriental. I feel discrimnated .she didnt even said sorry and she ketp saying it was my fault. she ket saying ;Mom! what do you want my feeimg for Sundre got disappointed I am wondering why I moved to Sundre.

Wish I would have got the ladies nameAt the registry. Ive been to a lot of registries. She was excellent to deal with and great at what she does. Nice to walk in and out with no problems. Wish more were as efficient and friendly as she was.
